In this project, I was tasked with redesigning the FAQ page for Connect RISE Psych Services. Working collaboratively within a team, I explored a range of research methods to evaluate website functionality and user experience. These methods helped identify areas for improvement and informed design decisions aimed at creating a more accessible, user-friendly, and effective FAQ page.
