This project involved the design and fabrication of two food chopping boards from solid oak. Oak was selected for its strength, durability, and distinctive grain pattern, making it well-suited for functional kitchenware. The process included precise measuring and cutting, careful edge shaping, and progressive sanding to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. A food-safe oil was applied to protect the surface and enhance the natural appearance of the timber.
