Rough Trade Flagship Concept

“This project challenged me to design a flagship store for the iconic record retailer Rough Trade. The aim was to create a space that not only reflected the brand’s distinctive identity and culture, but also embraced the raw, grungy, punk-influenced aesthetic at the heart of its heritage. I explored how materials, texture, and atmosphere could echo the DIY spirit of independent music. Think distressed surfaces, industrial finishes, bold graphic moments, and a lived-in authenticity that feels unapologetically real.
